The offer

Wave FX is offered as Windows 64-bit VST3 early-access software. The checkout page shows the price and final total before payment. A completed purchase grants the personal software license described in the Wave FX License & Download Terms and places the download in the verified purchaser’s account library.

Lifetime and monthly choices

Wave FX lifetime has a regular one-time price of $300 USD; the checkout shows any current sale and final total. A paid Wave FX lifetime purchase, including a discounted purchase, includes free Wave FX updates for life and Peppers.Ghöst Pocket lifetime access with free Pocket updates. Wave FX monthly is $20 USD per month and includes Wave FX updates while subscribed; it does not include Pocket lifetime access. Pocket is available separately for $50 USD lifetime or $5 USD per month. Subscriptions charge when they begin and automatically each month until canceled. Cancel through the customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Future unrelated products, separately sold expansions and custom services are not included. Availability on a future platform is not guaranteed by a purchase.

Early-access software

Wave FX is pre-release software. Compatibility, performance, features, and accessibility may change. It requires a compatible Windows 64-bit VST3 host. Back up important sessions and test the plug-in before depending on it in a performance or production project. The spectra reference explorer is educational and does not perform calibrated measurement, elemental identification, or scientific diagnosis.

Refunds, support, and mandatory rights

You may request a refund within 14 days of a lifetime purchase or the first monthly charge by emailing peppersghost.io@gmail.com with the purchase email and a short explanation. Later subscription charges are generally nonrefundable once the paid period begins, except where required by law or where Peppers.Ghöst approves an exception. Approved refunds revoke the related license and download access. Fraud, duplicate charges, technical incompatibility, and applicable consumer law are considered when reviewing a request. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Activation and subscription use

Wave FX 0.9 and later requires internet access for initial activation on up to two computers. Lifetime licenses remain usable offline after activation. Monthly licenses refresh in the background and permit up to seven days offline, bounded by the paid term and a 72-hour grace period after it. A canceled subscription remains usable through its paid term; payment failure does not extend that term. After verified revocation or expiry, the effect fades to bypass while settings remain saved. Computer deactivation takes effect when that computer next verifies access; existing offline licenses cannot be recalled instantly.
