This site and Wave FX are operated by Peppers Ghost Innovations LLC under the Peppers.Ghöst brand. Privacy and support requests may be sent to peppersghost.io@gmail.com.
Information used by the website
The website uses your email for passwordless account access, associates your account with orders and licenses, and checks that association before downloads. When you accept the download license, the website stores the license version, acceptance time, and related user and order references in private storage. Stripe handles payment entry; Peppers.Ghöst does not receive your full card number.
Service providers
The site uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, purchase records, and private downloads, Stripe for checkout and payment records, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. The site does not sell customer data or include advertising trackers.
Wave FX computer activation
Wave FX 0.9 and later sends your purchase email and personal license code when you activate. Activation and access checks use a hashed computer identifier, a computer name, license and activation references, subscription status, and check times. No audio, equations, saved Visions, host sessions, or track names are sent by the license service. Windows protects the locally stored activation credential for your Windows account. Computer slots can be managed in Your library.
Cookies and the audio playground
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account actions. The browser playground does not accept visitor audio uploads or request microphone access. Selecting and playing a curated song retrieves its WAV from our Supabase media storage; that service receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Browser and hosting providers may process ordinary connection, security, and diagnostic logs.
Retention and your choices
Order, refund, dispute, and license-acceptance records are retained as reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, enforcement, and legal obligations. Account and authentication records are retained while the account is active or as needed for those purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion, email peppersghost.io@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained even after an account request.
